Astronomy Club For The School & College Students In Tamilnadu
Inculcating the essential knowledge of Astronomy to the school & college students has been the passion for T.K.V.Rajan who has been taking the initiative to launch Astronomy Clubs in the schools & colleges. For instance, when he inaugurated Astronomy Club in RMV Engineering college in Chennai, he emphasized that Astronomy which is one of the oldest sciences of humanity gives us a sense of our place and brings wonders of space It probes the milky way to study. Above all, the Astronomy club can further attract the students to study science & technology.
During 2022-23, ISM is planning to install telescopes in 50 schools in Tamilnadu. For more details, please

Launched Astronomy Club at National College, Tiruchirappalli
Indian Science Monitor in association with the Physics Department of National College, Tiruchirappalli has launched Astronomy Club on 12th December 2022. Founder-Director of ISM, T.K.V. Rajan delivered a special lecture on ” Dating of Sangam Literature based on Astronomical references. Tiru. T.
